Electronic Signs In Missoula

Missoula businesses with electronic signs must comply with a city ordinance that was created in 2009. City Councilman Dave Strohmaier says an abundance of electronic signs do not comply with the ordinance.  Sign company owner, Tom Campbell explains the ordinance.
