A $30,000 mill levy was passed by voters in Darby for their public library.

The vote in the mail-in election was 931 in favor of the levy and 326 against, according to figures from the Ravalli County Election Office.

The 3-mill levy will allow continued operations of the facility five days a week, along with other budget needs. The library is open Tuesday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Wednesday through Friday 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. It's closed Sunday and Monday.
