BUTTE, Mont. (AP) — Authorities say a Canadian woman has died after her husband lost control of a vehicle in snowy weather conditions on Interstate 15 near Lima.

The Montana Standard reports (http://bit.ly/1Phvniq ) Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Mitch Voss says the woman, who has not yet been identified, had been traveling with her husband and their two granddaughters, ages 7 and 8, when the man lost control of the pickup truck and struck a guardrail Monday afternoon.

The impact caused the vehicle to roll over and the woman was ejected from the front passenger seat. She was taken to a hospital where she was later pronounced dead.

The man and the two girls were also taken to the hospital. An update on their conditions was not released.
