An Unborn Child

A bill carried by Representative Pat Noonan, of Ramsay, was intended to protect pregnant women from domestic violence and abuse, however, an amendment adding the words "and unborn child," has many people who supported Noonan’s bill now in opposition, including Noonan. 

Jeff Laszloffy with the Montana family foundation supports the bill, including the amendment.

Representative Noonan says if it passes, he'll ask the governor for a veto.

Supporters of the bill say it won't impact lawful abortion.
