An Interview with PSC Candidate Jim Pearson

Jim Pearson is running for a seat on the Montana Public Service Commission (PSC) and says that, if elected, he would help end some of the decisiveness and in-fighting that goes on in the commission by nominating a new PSC Chair. In the following interview, Pearson also explains why he believes that "Montana has a target on it's back" because of its energy energy surplus.  Pearson also gives his views on foreign energy companies, the use of renewable energy tax credits, and the exporting of Montana generated power.
