The first 2 loads bound for a Billings refinery completed their route up highway 93 to Reserve street on Thursday morning. The loads were met by protesters at the intersection of south and reserve. Protester Fran Coover takes issue with the claim that jobs will be created by these shipments.

The loads are expected to arrive in Billings by the end of the month if weather does not delay the shipments. 2 more loads are scheduled to leave Lewiston, Idaho after the first loads are delivered.
