Rick Perry has officially bowed out of the race for the Republican candidacy and has also endorsed Newt Gingrich. With this news, does this make Gingrich the favorite for the Republican party?

CBS projects Gingrich to win the South Carolina primary with Mitt Romney coming in second. Gingrich is also in the middle of a new sex scandal from the past involving a situation between his ex wife and his current wife.

With all things considered, the race for the Republican candidacy is heating up. Also, something to think about, Rick Perry for a running mate? Who knows, but it is interesting to think about. Anyway, please answer the question below and let’s see what you think.
