Vintage Toys to Look for Online This Holiday Season
Missoula, MT (KGVO-AM News) - I know it’s only October, but Christmas will be here before you know it. Some of us like to get our presents ordered early and others like to wait until the last minute. Regardless, here are 10 toys my family and I grew up with that we absolutely loved. If you grew up in the 90s, or raised kids during that time, you will likely recognize most of these.
My family made some great memories playing with these and I am sure your family did too. Some of them even pass the test of time. If I went to a toy store today, I wouldn’t even know where to start. What are kids playing with these days? Are they even playing or are they glued to a screen?

When I was a kid, I couldn’t wait to go to our local toy store and pick out something to play with. It was even more exciting when I got to go to the toy store with Grandma. She would let me pick out any one toy I wanted. Looking back at it now, I didn’t take advantage nearly as much as I could have. I was just as happy with the silly $5 toy as I would have been with something way more expensive.
Toy costs now seem to be through the roof. Sure, you can still grab a cheap toy from the store, but most kids prefer a $70 video game. Don’t get me wrong, I enjoyed playing video games with my friends as a teen too, but nothing beats the memories made by some of these all-time greats.
