UM Bio-Mass Boiler Decision Rests With Health Department

Missoula City-County Health Department Director Ellen Leahy presided over a hearing Wednesday afternoon over a decision to grant permission for the University of Montana to build a bio-mass boiler on campus. Three different groups appealed the decision and presented their testimony before the Health Department. I spoke with Ms, Leahy late Wednesday afternoon. That interview is attached.

Leahy says she will issue her findings in late August.
