A three vehicle crash on Highway 93 near Somers has taken the life of two men. 

Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Rick Mehring provided a narrative of the fatal crash.

"At about mile marker 101 on Highway 93, a pickup truck that was headed north, lost control and hit the guardrail and then crossed into the southbound lane of traffic and collided with a southbound vehicle, and then the pickup was struck by another vehicle," Mehring said. "One male was killed in each of the vehicles. The investigation is underway, and it is not known as yet if speed or alcohol were factors in the crash."

Mehring said the crash occurred at about 8:50 a.m. on Thursday.
