Teen Outreach Program in Montana

In Montana, two in ten teens become pregnant before age twenty, but this teen birth rate is significantly less than fifteen years ago. Jill Baker, with Planned Parenthood of Montana, credits improvements in the Big Sky country to more education in schools and access to reproductive healthcare.

The Teen Outreach Program helps teens with all kinds of decisions and focuses on youth leadership, healthy behaviors and a sense of purpose in the community. The program is available, or will be soon, in Great Falls, Missoula, Belgrade, Livingston and Helena.
