Only a few tickets are left for the full-day TEDx Hieronymus Park presentation in Hamilton, all day January 17th. The second annual event features a dozen speakers and entertainers with a general theme of "flux." The independently organized TED event is again at the Bitterroot River Inn, which is next door to Hamilton's Hieronymus Park - hence the name of the TEDx event.

In the spirit of ideas worth spreading, TED created the TEDx program, letting local groups combine TED talks video with live speakers for a limited size audience. After the initial success of 2019's event, the Hamilton-based group immediately began planning the 2020 day and put out a call for potential speakers, which led to the 12 presentations selected. Included will be KJ Kahnle, Frank Felice, Mark Albert, Sam Kern, Roger Laferriere, Andrea Marzi and Megan Oldenstadt, among others. Check-in will start at 8 a.m., with presentations starting at 9 a.m. Lunch will be provided. There's more at their website.
