Nearly 2,000 people, men, women and children, gathered at the University of Montana Golf Course on Sunday for the 2nd annual Insane Inflatable 5K Fun Run.

University of Montana President Royce Engstrom said on Wednesday, October 2, that the decision to build the new Missoula College at the East Broadway site came after months of studies and meetings with school and community groups.
With so many voices in the Missoula community speaking out against the relocation of the Missoula College to the present UM Golf Course, at least one out-of-town visitor is speaking out.
Yet another community group, 'Advocates For Missoula's Future', is pushing to the University of Montana to place the new Missoula College somewhere other than the present UM Golf Course.

On Wednesday, November 14th neighborhood councils from the University and Lewis and Clark areas will meet UM President Engstrom to discuss the Missoula College relocation plan.
University of Montana officials, along with College of Technology students and instructors held an informational open house Wednesday evening at the UM Golf Course clubhouse to share the official vision of the planned Missoula College at the golf course site.
