One of the last and perhaps most important issues at the Montana legislature will be to wrap up the state budget.

A new report released about the coming "Health Insurance Exchanges" says the first thing everyone in Montana needs to know is --think of them as marketplaces, not exchanges. So I am wondering out loud how a program that has yet to be implemneted will cost money to reepeal? It would strike me that repeal of the "Affordable Health Care Act of 2010" would cause congress to start over with meaningful reform and cost reduction on the federal, state and local levels...
