Missoula, MT (KGVO-AM News) - On October 27, 2023, a Missoula Police Department officer was dispatched to an apartment in the 1200 block of South 5th Street West after Probation and Parole located a baggie of crystalline substance inside.

Upon arrival, P&P officers advised that 54-year-old Tina Setters was on probation. Setters had tested positive for Methamphetamine during a urine analysis with P&P. P&P searched Setters’ residence and located a baggie of crystalline substance on a shelf inside a brown bag in the living room area. P&P also located a small baggie of crystalline substance in Setters’ room. Setters advised this baggie was from pipe scrapings after smoking Methamphetamine.

The MPD officer Mirandized Setters. She said the substance looked like Methamphetamine but did not know how it got there. According to court documents, she thought it was possible she had placed it there and forgot about it. Setters stated it was probably her who put it there because she is the only person who lives in the apartment.
