Poll shows 64 % Of Voters Favor Candidates Who Would Remove Judicial Powers from NLRB [AUDIO]
There is a move in congress to remove judicial powers from the National Labor Relations Board. Americans for Limited Government released a poll showing 64 percent of registered voters favor candidates that support removing the quasi-judicial powers from the National Labor Relations Board. Communications Director for Americans for Limited Government, Richard Manning says the ability of a company to be able to choose where there are going to expand and create jobs have obvious impacts on Montana.
Manning says the issue at stake is about jobs for everyone in America and the poll results show that the more voters find out about the NLRB, and it’s powers the more they oppose it.
The NLRB has come under increasing scrutiny due to its decision barring Boeing from setting up a manufacturing facility in South Carolina, a right-to-work state.
