Nebraska Doctor Dies in Montana Car Crash
KALISPELL, Mont. (AP) — A 68-year-old physician from Omaha, Nebraska, was killed in a weekend vehicle crash in northwestern Montana.
Flathead County officials said 68-year-old Timothy R. Fangman died in the crash Saturday afternoon when his sport utility vehicle collided head-on with a Dodge pickup just north of Columbia Falls.
Montana Highway Patrol Trooper Tom Manz says the crash remains under investigation, but it appeared one driver drifted into the other lane, causing the collision. The driver of the pickup was treated for minor injuries at the scene.
