Health Department imposes new restrictions starting Thursday that officials hope will reduce the spread of COVID 19.

Governor Bullock also held a press conference in Helena on Tuesday and quoted Dr. Deborah Birx as she chided the people of North Dakota for not following COVID safety requirements.

Secretary of State Corey Stapleton said there are already about 21,000 undeliverable ballots. He expects a nearly 80 percent voter turnout for this election.
