Senator Steve Daines and Congressman Matt Rosendale both condemned the violence in Washington, D.C. on Wednesday, however Rosendale continued his opposition to certification of electors in certain states, while Daines called for a peaceful transfer of power.

The 'Stop the Steal' rally at the Missoula Courthouse drew over a hundred supporters and many provided comments in support of President Trump. The protest occurred before the violence in Washington, D.C. broke out.
