Hundreds rally peacefully in Helena for Governor Bullock to reopen the state, especially to help small business recover from devastating losses during the shutdown.

Governor Bullock proposes a phased-in reopening for the state starting later this month. His official directives expire in April 24.

Missoula's weekly crime report included many incidents that included violence. There was also one charge of sexual abuse of a minor.
