Urban deer are a common sight in many Montana cities and have caused damage to flower beds and vehicles across the state. Options for dealing with the problem range from trapping the animals, killing them and distributing the meat to local food shelters to sterilizing them.  Missoula city councilman, John Wilkins spoke with KGVO News and gave us his thoughts on the issue.

The Missoula city council will likely meet again on the issue in mid-May. According to Wilkins, about half of city citizens say that the deer should just be left alone.
