Marijuana Raids In Montana

After a series of raids on Monday, including one west of Helena by the DEA,  the FBI and local law enforcement, confiscated 1,700 marijuana plants from Montana Cannabis. Owner Chris Williams says at least part of the federal government has approved his operation.

Williams said there was confusion about the federal government's jurisdiction.

Williams and other medical marijuana providers are now left wondering if indictments are forthcoming.
