Keystone XL Pipeline

The National Wildlife Federation opposes the Keystone XL pipeline that would carry oil from Canada to the Gulf Coast to be refined. Civil unrest in the Middle East is weighing on Senator Jon Tester’s mind, he says as long as the pipeline is built correctly it should move forward.

Tester called domestic energy production a matter of national security.
