One of the newer food truck businesses in Missoula has made its share of fans since opening in the fall of 2020. Now they'll be able to serve up their chicken menu at multiple places around town! M-80 Chicken has announced that they're adding a second truck to serve Missoula customers.

If you haven't grabbed a Nashville-style hot chicken sandwich from M-80 yet, raise your right hand immediately and make me a promise that you will right that wrong! Wednesday through Sunday evenings, you can find them outside of the KettleHouse Taproom on Myrtle Street. (On a side note, did you see the announcement from KettleHouse this week that the taproom is up for sale?) An article in the Missoulian says the addition of a second truck for M-80 means they'll be able to keep a solid presence outside of KettleHouse while also being able to attend additional events, which they've had to turn down in the past.

Two heads trucks are better than one

One place you'll find the new M-80 truck, with the very fitting name of Big Red, is at Caras Park on various dates for Out to Lunch and Downtown ToNight. The weekly events just started up again this week and run from 11:00 am - 2:00 pm on Wednesdays and 5:30 pm - 8:30 pm on Thursdays through August.

Make sure you're in the know with Missoula food trucks

If you've ever been in conversation with a friend about one of the food trucks around town and uttered the words "oh man, I didn't know they were there!" you probably need to be following the Missoula food truck locator on Instagram. It's such a handy tool and it provides you with a daily list of where each food truck will be for that day. I don't know who runs the page but I need to find out so that when I randomly see them around town I can give them a high five for keeping us all in the loop with where to fill our bellies.

The weather is finally starting to get nice and more events are happening around town. Look for the new M-80 truck and all of your other favorites serving up delicious dishes throughout Missoula.
