Here's a reminder to all you guys out there: this weekend is Valentine's Day. I'm reminding you, guys, of this because I forgot and nearly tripped myself into a Valentine's Day bear trap.
I got home on Saturday night from a 3-night work trip with the Lady Griz. It was nearly midnight, so my brain wasn't working at max capacity.
My girlfriend says to me, "I reserved a table for us at Plonk this Saturday night." I said, "What? That's when the Griz play the Cats? Why did you do that?"
Then it hit me... Valentine's Day.
I salvaged the situation, but don't forget that Saturday is Valentine's Day, fellas.

Iron Horse Bar & Grill is transforming into a nightclub this Saturday night for Valentine's Day.
Wristbands are available at the door. The wristbands will define your dating status for the night. There are distinct bands for singles, couples, and even bands for "it's complicated."
I'd be worried about approaching people with "It's complicated" wristbands, because I don't know what that means. Are they fighting with their boyfriend? Are they seeing multiple dudes?

The nightclub event runs from 9 pm to 2 am Saturday night. You must be 21 and older, it's free to get in, and there is a $500 cash drop at midnight.
