Missoula Rumor: Imagine Nation Building May Reopen

It's been a tumultuous couple of years for Imagine Nation Brewing. First, the brewery left the location on Broadway for a larger taproom out by the airport.

Then, the new building didn't open due to a problem in transferring the beer license to the new location.

Finally, the new building went on the market last year, which angered some Missoulians.

Now, I'm hearing some reliable rumors of what the old building is turning into.

Could Imagine Nation Reopen as a Coffee Shop/Brewery?

I have a reliable source who heard that the owners of the old Imagine Nation building on Broadway are set to reopen this Spring as a coffee shop and brewery.

According to the source, the coffee shop could open this spring, with the brewery opening later on, potentially this summer.

I attempted to email Imagine Nation, but received a "your message could not be delivered" message. When we find out more details on the Imagine Nation locations, we will update this article.

Again, nothing is concrete, and there have been no formal announcements, but I'm hearing these changes will be coming soon.

I hope something replaces the former brewery. It's a cool spot to have a cup of coffee or a mug of beer at because of the great views from the back patio.

Plus, I like the idea of a morning coffee/afternoon beer venue. It feels very Missoula.
