USA Today published a reader's choice awards on March 13th, 2024.  In that article, they had a category of the top spots to see and learn about animals.  To determine what zoos were in the running for the honor, USA Today enlisted a panel of experts.  These experts nominated their top picks for zoos in America.  To be considered for the award, facilities had to excel in:

• animal care and enrichment
• meaningful interactions between animals and human visitors.

It's at 2100 South Shiloh Road in Billings.  From the Zoo Montana website:

What Days Is ZooMontana Open and The Hours?

ZooMontana is open every day except Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Day, and Easter.  Zoo Montana has some special events that may affect being open to the public, along with harsh weather.
