The Montana National Guard will conduct a freedom salute ceremony today at 5:30 p.m. at the Montana State University -Billings Student Union Theater. This ceremony honors approximately 130 soldiers of the Alpha Company 1-163rd Cavalry Regiment who have returned from a recent deployment.

 

And in Bozeman on Sunday another freedom salute ceremony will be conducted at 1:30 p.m. at the Montana State University recreation center to honor approximately 180 soldiers of Charlie Company and the 1-163rd Cavalry Regiment.

Both ceremonies are designed to publicly acknowledge Montana Army National Guard Soldiers. The public is invited and encouraged to attend both ceremonies .
