The Montana National Guard will conduct a freedom salute ceremony this Sunday, to honor approximately 260 soldiers of Bravo Company 1-163rd Cavalry Regiment and Echo Company 145th Forward Support company who returned from a recent deployment in support of the overseas contingency operation. Public Affairs Officer for the Montana National Guard, Major Tim Crowe says the ceremony provides a way for the community  to show appreciation for their service and sacrifice .

The public is invited and encouraged to attend the ceremony at the University Center Ballroom on campus at  8 a.m. on  Sunday morning.
