Fourth DUI Charge A Felony For Missoula Man Arrested Late Wednesday Night
51 year-old Rick Terrillion is in the Missoula County Jail on $10,000 bond after being arrested for his fourth DUI on Wednesday night,
Police Public Information Officer Travis Welsh said another driver contacted 9-1-1 about Terrillion's driving.
"A person contacted 9-1-1 and said they were possibly following a drunk driver as they were traveling on Highway 93 North towards Missoula," Welsh said. "The caller relayed the information as they approached and actually left the interstate and came into town. They reported that the vehicle was southbound on Reserve Street."
Welsh said Missoula Police took up the pursuit.
"Officers located the vehicle near the intersection of South Avenue and Reserve, and a traffic stop was initiated," he continued. "The officers made contact with the driver, identified as 51 year-old Rick Terrillion and they initiated a DUI investigation. He was subsequently arrested and is currently in custody for felony DUI, due to three previous felony convictions."
