Dino, the big green Sinclair Mascot that overlooks the The Crossroad Travel Plaza in Missoula has been found . . . albeit in pieces. According to the Marketing Manager for Noon's Food Stores Earl Allen, "most of Dino's body was found in a wooded area west of town and apparently he was lonely, lost, and confused."  The head however wasn't returned until over the weekend.

The story made  national headlines and Allen says that they recieved many calls and reports of Dino spottings from around the country after the origional reports went out that Dino had disappeared.

Now, all that's need is a little fiberglass surgury in order to get Dino up and running again. The repairs to Dino are estimated to cost around $500. Allen assures that "Once his parts are reunited and he completes full rehabilitation, Dino will proudly be restored to his post overlooking Interstate 90 under the big Sinclair sign that bears his likeness."

Assuming that Dino didn't run away on his own volition, the Missoula County Sherriff's office is still investigating the events that led to the mascots escape.
