City Council Confusion

There was lots of confusion at Monday night’s Missoula City Council meeting, over the Social Host Ordinance introduced by Councilman Dave Strohmaier. Some councilors evidently thought they were voting on amendments to the ordinance, while others thought it was a final up or down vote. I spoke with Councilman Strohmaier about the confusion…and the fact that he ended up voting against his own ordinance..
