Campaign Finance Confusion

A new report from the Institute on Money in State Politics, doesn't exempt Montana in its conclusions about state's pac’s. Researcher, Anne Bauer says there appears to be a gap in campaign reporting. 

Bauer says that makes it difficult for the average voter to know where the money is coming from.
