Bail for 21 year-old Jason Alan Thielbar was set late Thursday at $100,000 for vehicular homicide while under the influence in the death of 22 year-old Rachel Millhouse. The crash on February 20th sent Thielbar and a passenger to the hospital, after he smashed into Millhouse’s vehicle at Brooks and Dore Lane at a speed over 80 miles per hour.

Deputy county attorney Jennifer Clark says Thielbar entered the courtroom in a wheelchair and asked to remain free because of his injuries. Judge Karen Orzech set bail at $100,000, recounting Thielbar’s numerous appearances in her court as a juvenile.
