BILLINGS, Mont. (AP) — The Montana Highway Patrol says a 37-year-old Billings man died Sunday morning after losing control of his vehicle on Interstate 90 in Billings and being ejected when the vehicle rolled.

Police tell the Billings Gazette the man was driving a Chevrolet pickup eastbound when he drifted off the south side of the road about 4 a.m. near the South 27th Street exit.

Police say he overcorrected and went into the median where the pickup rolled.

Police say the man wasn't wearing a seat belt and alcohol appears to be a factor in the crash. He was declared dead at the scene.

His name hasn't been released.
