Baucus Congratulates Billings Freshman
Freshman from Billings Central, Mikayla Nelson was invited to the State of the Union Address. Senator Max Baucus says he is very proud of Miss Nelson.
Nelson was invited to the White House Science Fair in October, for having the top design on her teams’ mini-electric car.
