Missoula Man Gets 5 Years In Prison For Fatal Crash
A 36-year-old Missoula man who drove drunk and caused a crash that killed his passenger has been sentenced to 20 years in prison with 15 years suspended.
District Judge John Larson sentenced Daniel Rogers on Thursday for the Oct. 26 crash that killed 32-year-old David Mischock of Oregon. Rogers must serve two years before becoming eligible for parole.
