After Conviction, Prosecutors Consider Sentence for Katie Garding

24 year-old Katie Garding of Florence was convicted last week of negligent vehicular homicide and leaving the scene of an injury accident in the hit and run death of Bronson Parsons as he and a friend walked along the road in 2008. I spoke with Deputy County Attorney Jennifer Clark who tried the case about the possible sentence Garding could face. That interview is attached.

Sentencing has been set for August 26th.
