21 year-old Joshua Jeremy Peltier made an appearance in Missoula Justice Court today, charged with two different counts of sexual assault, sexual intercourse without consent, robbery and tampering with physical evidence. Peltier’s trial is set for late July. If convicted on all counts, he could spend the rest of his life in prison. Peltier was on conditional release when the alleged crimes occurred.
