In a solemn ceremony Sunday night at Missoula’s Rose Memorial Park..a group of military, police and fire department personnel, along with family members and spectators took the time to commemorate the 10th anniversary of the September 11th, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Centers in New York City, the Pentagon in Washington, D. C. , another that ended in a field in Shanksville, Pennsylvania.

Chairman of the University of Montana ROTC program and winner of the silver star Lt. Colonel Joseph Yakowitz, spoke of the reasons for remembering September 11th..for the soldiers who have fought and died for freedom since then. That interview is attached.
