101st Annual Forester’s Ball in Missoula
It's crazy to think we are less than one month away from a Missoula tradition, the Forester's Ball. This year is the 101st annual event being held at the University of Montana on February 2nd and 3rd from 7pm to Midnight.
In 1915, the Foresters’ Ball was developed as a scholarship fundraiser in the form of a logging town themed dance held at the University of Montana in Missoula. All proceeds from the dance are turned into scholarships for students who put in at least 80 hours of work. The Foresters’ Ball is fully organized and run by students.
There will be music by Steve Frame and his Western Rebels. You can get all the information you need by visiting their website here.
Beyond the fun country music and dancing there is always lots to do while you're there. One of my favorite things is putting someone in "jail" or visiting the soda fountain and you cannot forget about renewing your vows. One thing is for sure you can guarantee a great night out at the Forester's Ball!
