Woman’s Body Found In Abandoned Building In Kalispell

Flathead County officials say the body of a 47-year-old Kalispell woman was found in an abandoned building west of town over the weekend.

The body of Cynthia Buck was found shortly before noon on Sunday.

Officials say Buck was from Kalispell, but was recently homeless and appeared to have been living in one of the abandoned buildings at an old lumber mill.

County officials say the woman's cause of death has not been determined, but no evidence of foul play was found.

Her body was taken to the state crime lab in Missoula for an autopsy.
