Political season is heating up. Ballots have been sent out for military personnel, and absentee ballots for most Montanans will be out in less than two weeks. As usual, we will cover the big issues, debate, and let you throw around your opinion on this weeks Talk Back.

On Monday, we will kick the day off the week with open phones, including a discussion on the issue of mayoral pay. At 9:00 a.m. we will shift to the topic of public lands. Our guest will be MT State Senator Jenifer Fielder, who headed up SJ15, a committee that was formed last legislative session to study the impacts of federal land management in Montana.

On Tuesday, we will host a debate between the Democratic candidate for Missoula County Commissioner Cola Rowly and Republican Vicky Gordon.

On Wednesday, we will speak with the World Affairs Council. I'm not sure who they are bringing as a guest.

On Thursday, we will speak briefly with a local historian about the formation of St. Mary's Mission in Stevensville, a place known as the birthplace of Montana. We will likely have another guest on this day, but that still needs to be finalized.

On Friday, we will close out the week with open phones. Talk to you soon!
