Slick Roads For Thursday Morning Commute [AUDIO]

Forecaster Michelle Mead with the National Weather Service says overnight rains are freezing causing slick conditions from Kalispell to the Bitterroot.
A Missoula Sheriff’s Department deputy reported slick bridge decks on I-90 at about 5 am, and the Montana Highway Department road conditions map shows black ice on I-90 west of Missoula.
Police encourage commuters to use extra caution while driving Thursday morning, and keep some extra space between you and the vehicle in front of you in case you need to stop suddenly.
Mead says a Winter Weather Advisory is in effect until 9 a. m., but temperatures will warm into the mid to upper 40′s Thursday afternoon.
