The Montana House of Representatives has decided to suspend rules pertaining to the transfer of a singular bill from one house to the other. Medical marijuana reform will get another chance in the house. All 100 members have voted to suspend the rules to hear the Senate Bill. The bill missed last Wednesday’s deadline to be transferred to the house. This vote over-rides that deadline. House Minority Leader Jon Sesso says democrats aren't happy with the legislation as it stands, but he says he hopes the house can fix it. Sesso says repealing the people's vote isn't a good option.
