Missoula Gets Extra Patrols for Disco Bloodbath Rave

The Missoula County Sheriff’s office has issued a public notice that there will be added DUI enforcement efforts during the Disco Bloodbath rave scheduled for October 27, from 6:00 P.M. to 8:00 AM the following day.
The Montana Highway Patrol will also bring extra personnel out to the event to help cut down on criminal activity in the area around Cartage road. All law enforcement will have a zero tolerance policy for impaired driving and those who drive under the influence will be arrested and taken to jail.
“As always,” says Captain Brad Giffin, “the Sheriff’s Office strongly encourages responsible attendance. With just a little planning your weekend can be both fun and safe which is the goal we are all working towards. Let’s not end this weekend with yet another impaired driving death, serious injury crash or other tragic and life altering event.”
