Rescue crews responded to a reported drowning at Splash Montana in Missoula Monday afternoon.

City Aquatics Supervisor Eric Seagrave said initial reports indicate a lifeguard noticed a young girl floating in one of the pools. Seagrave said the lifeguard was able to rescue the girl, pull her to the side of the pool and perform CPR to revive the child.

The young girl is reportedly okay, but was transported to the hospital for an evaluation.

People were evacuated from the pools during the rescue.

The girl was reportedly at the pool with friends.

In June 2013, a two-year old fell into a pool at Splash and was found unresponsive and not breathing in about three feet of water. She was revived and later fully recovered.
