Early Morning Mobile Home Fire Threatened Other Nearby Houses

A mobile home fire was reported just after one o'clock this morning at The Blue Mountain Trailer Court on Highway 93 South between Missoula and Lolo. Missoula Rural Fire Assistant Chief Brent Christofferson has details of the blaze.

Christofferson says because the homes are so close together other structures were threatened by the fire.

The double-wide trailer and garage suffered extensive damage but no one was injured in the incident. The Missoula County Sheriff's Department and Fire Department Investigators remain on the scene as of six o'clock this morning to mop-up and to determine the cause of the fire.
