The Department of Justice is actively seeking a new member for the Tow Truck Complaint Resolution Committee. The Committee is made up of six representatives: two from the tow truck industry, one from the commercial motor carrier industry, one from the insurance industry, one from the public, and one member from the Montana Highway Patrol. The current open position is for a representative of the tow truck industry from eastern Montana.

The Committee deals with complaints involving tow truck issues and the term of committee membership is three years.
