Child Sexual Abuse Charges Filed in Missoula

57 year old Wayne Allan Fristo of Stevensville appeared in Missoula Justice Court Monday afternoon charged with sexual assault of a 6 year-old child. According to deputy Missoula county attorney Patty Bower, Fristo is a registered sexual offender..amy interview with Ms. Bower is attached.

Court records indicate the abuse allegedly took place on mother’s day in Stevensville and Fristo was arrested on May 11^th after the victim was interviewed by authorities. Bower says counseling will be made available to the victim and her family.
